The Workshop on Urban Data Science is a 1-day multi-disciplinary event that aims at bringing together experts on location-based technologies and urban systems from the industry and academia. The event will feature a set of distinguished and invited speakers that will discuss their perspectives, on-going research and real-world industrial applications in the dynamically evolving domain of computational urban science.
The program, will cover aspects of Urban Theory and Applications, Mapping and Sensing Technologies, as well as Data Mining and Machine Learning approaches, applied by today's experts in an effort to build tomorrow's Smart Cities. Supported by the EPSRC Project GALE and the Cambridge Big Data Strategic Research Initiative.
